⚠️ Receipt & Admin Policy

• Receipts are issued automatically for online bookings and therapist rebookings at the clinic.

• Requests for historical receipt reissues are subject to a €15 admin fee.

• Receipts older than 2 years may incur a €25 archive retrieval fee.

• Transaction fee are non refundable.
